Tracking point after effects7/25/2023 ![]() You can then paste them into a plain text. ![]() I tried asking chat gpt if its possible and he said yes but I dont know if hes right. To export the tracking data from After Effects, you need to select the keyframes/data points and copy them(Ctrl-C). There’s also a built-in 3D Camera Tracker that allows you to reverse engineer a scene a spline tracker that enables you to track masks on an object and Mocha AE, a planar tracker from BorisFX. So I ask you, after effects gurus, is there a way to automate this task in after effects? something to do with motion tracking? I've tried some basic tutorials on the suubject, but I dont think it's the same way other people need it to be done, like linking up every frame perfectly like that. Offset Tracking - Retime - Artifact Clean Up - Rotoscope - Wire Removal - Marker Removal - Object Removal - Object Replacement - 2D/3D Camera Tracker - Quality Control - Grain - Dust Busting. After Effects offers different kinds of motion tracking, such as the Point Tracker, which offers one-point, two-point, and four-point tracking. Once you click Track Camera, the 3D Camera Tracker effects will be added to your previously selected layer. I've made 3 other projects like this since then, and each one I had to do this manually for every frame and its quite a chore, especially with the project that was over 1000 frames! There are four tracking options that available in the tracker window that appears when you click Tracker in the After Effects Window menu: Track Camera. ![]() So I had to re-adjust the position, scale and rotation of every frame so it matches perfectly (having the original animation on the layer above at 50% opacity so I can match it up). So its an animation where I stick stickers around the place, and each one is a different frame of my animation, that I then link back up again in after effects so you can see the animation correctly. The easiest way to explain what I want is showing you this previous animation I made, its the same style I'm making this next one: Hello, I'm working on a pretty big animation at the moment and would love to be able to speed up my workflow with motion tracking or something like that. After youve tracked a motion source layer, you can apply the tracking data stored on that layer to any number of other target layers and effect control points.
